Key Responsibilities

  • •Report daily departmental functions to Production Supervisors and perform inspections and audits to ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • •Improve efficiencies within the lines and lead stretching during the shift.
  • •Maintain safety standards by ensuring compliance and assisting in reporting safety incidents.
  • •Ensure production and efficiency goals are gathered, verified, and met for the shift; monitor lines to keep product flowing.
  • •Communicate downtime and equipment issues with supervisors and the Control Room, complete end-of-day paperwork, and support other assigned duties.
