Job Summary

Supervise production quality activities following corporate safety standards to deliver high-quality products that meet customer demand with lowest cost and fastest delivery. Lead QC shift handovers, manage and optimize staffing, ensure 5S, and control NCR/CCR quality cases per machine group. Investigate KPI gaps, drive root-cause actions, coordinate with supervisors and departments on incidents, and handle customer special requests and corrective actions through audits and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide supervision and implement production activities following corporate safety standards to produce high-quality products.
•Run shift handover meetings and manage/optimize staffing in the QC team to achieve quality targets.
•Ensure workers follow safety regulations and maintain 5S in the manufacturing area.
•Recognize, control, and reduce NCR/CCR (or related) quality cases per machine group; assign staff to handle quality problems.
•Investigate causes when KPIs are not met and develop improvement plans; coordinate with supervisors/related departments and deliver quality reports, audits, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

•Vocational, college, or bachelor degree in a technical field.
•5+ years of directly related experience, with 2+ years as a QC team leader (or equivalent) preferred.
•Ability to work in shifts.
•Strong quality control knowledge and process innovation skills.
•Ability to lead, train, and coach a diverse QC team; strong customer focus.
