Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure accurate and timely recording of project costs, including materials, timesheets, labor hour allocation, and daily reports.
  • •Initiate invoicing for completed work and prepare payroll documentation while managing technician applied and unapplied time.
  • •Perform administrative processing for service claims (concessions, Ship Product Defect, retrofit, labor warranty, and purchase orders) and support invoicing.
  • •Generate, interpret, and print assigned reports; monitor accounts receivable invoicing status and help resolve billing disputes with internal teams and customers.
  • •Communicate effectively with team members and cross-train for coverage of the Resource Coordinator position when staffing needs arise.

Key Requirements
