Job Summary

Lead the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) for EMEA and help deliver customer outcomes across onboarding, adoption, executive business reviews, and successful renewals. Mentor and enable the team to exceed growth and retention forecasts while elevating core knowledge, communication, and execution. Partner with the CSD Director and other leaders to drive OKRs, improve processes and tools, manage staffing, and build senior customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Mentor and enable CSMs to exceed company growth and retention forecasts.
•Manage a team of CSMs to ensure account health through onboarding, stage adoption, executive business reviews, and renewals.
•Work with the Customer Success Director to set and manage goals, responsibilities, and expectations for CSM performance.
•Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and develop team members, including timely feedback.
•Manage resource assignments and staffing levels, implement improvements to processes and tools, and represent leadership with customers during escalations.
