Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain deposit and investment products (checking/savings, IRAs, CDs) and be proficient in originating personal loans.
  • •Process new consumer and new small business loan requests.
  • •Hold financial conversations to determine needs, build client relationships through outbound engagement, and document referrals and client activity using 360 View.
  • •Stay current on regulatory changes and demonstrate compliance with applicable bank regulations, policies, and procedures.
