Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate hydraulic and/or cable cranes to lift, move, and place loads in multiple directions.
  • •Operate according to safety procedures, including following Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • •Determine load weights and confirm lifting capacities to prevent overload.
  • •Coordinate crane actions with crew members using hand or audio signals and avoid hazards or obstructions.
  • •Inspect crane mechanisms/lifting accessories, report deficiencies or malfunctions, and perform basic scrap sorting.
