Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain comprehensive scheduling frameworks, monitoring project timelines, identifying critical path dependencies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery
•Oversee cost management activities, including budget development, expenditure tracking, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to maintain fiscal accountability
•Manage document control systems and processes, ensuring version control, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
•Develop and deliver executive-level program reports and dashboards that communicate performance metrics, risks, and key performance indicators to stakeholders
•Coordinate risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies across all program elements to minimize project exposure

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Project Management, Engineering, or Business plus 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Masters degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business (preferred)
•Strong experience with Project Management Information System (PMIS) (preferred)
•Experience with large transportation, water, and aviation infrastructure (preferred)
•Experience in integration of controls - scope, cost, schedule, risk reporting (preferred)
