Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience by representing the brand, building lasting client relationships, and driving sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling, and social selling tools (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Manage daily store operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards and a clean, organized sales floor.
