Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, enter, track, analyze, and report quality and process performance data in meaningful ways.
  • •Meet with management to review trends and corrective action plans to address quality/process errors.
  • •Conduct ad-hoc quality and audit inspections of products, services, and processes and provide assessment/feedback.
  • •Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System and communicate non-compliances with Operations supervisory and management staff.
  • •Administer defect disputes, facilitate conflict resolution, and support change management and training based on trend data.

Key Requirements

  • •U.S. citizenship and ability to complete a corporate background investigation, including credit and criminal checks.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • •4–6 years of experience in Administration, Quality Control, and/or Visa Processing.
  • •Advanced computer skills with working knowledge of Excel.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
