Job Summary

Support Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) CMS Federal certification by reviewing and validating MES subsystems for compliance with core requirements. Coordinate certification activities with client contractors and staff, establish checklists for CMS onsite visits, and prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up actions for meetings with client and CMS stakeholders. Analyze reports and data, help resolve certification issues, and ensure ongoing policy and requirements adherence for testing, attestations, and T-MSIS compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Review, evaluate, and validate mandatory MES systems and subsystems to determine compliance with core CMS Federal certification requirements.
•Coordinate certification activities with client contractors and staff; establish checklists for CMS onsite visits.
•Attend meetings with client and CMS staff and prepare agendas, meeting notes, decision lists, and follow-up action items.
•Support CMS Federal certification review team and CMS Regional Office briefings, pre-certification meetings, calls, and onsite visit preparations.
•Analyze data, reports, and deliverables; assist with resolution of CMS Federal certification issues and provide guidance based on certification reports.

Key Requirements

•Minimum eight (8) years fostering client and stakeholder relationships and communication with executive staff, ensuring teams understand CMS policies.
•Minimum three (3) years implementing the CMS certification process on Medicaid programs with deep understanding of CMS policies and system impacts.
•Minimum five years managing requirements.
•Minimum five years preparing Business Process Design documentation using BPMN 2.0 and related models.
•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
