Senior Construction Manager

Lead procurement, contract, and construction management for civil infrastructure projects in Hawke’s Bay. Serve as Engineer’s Representative during construction, prepare tender and contract documentation, and manage project controls including scheduling, risk, variations, change management, and cashflow. Conduct investigations, inspections, and engineering analysis, monitor performance metrics, and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Mentor colleagues and support business development proposals.
