Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in proactive innovation projects within the RD&A team and support project deliverables.
  • •Support scientists in executing research activities and completing deliverables.
  • •Apply scientific principles to research and improve existing products across multiple food markets.
  • •Conduct hands-on lab work to develop, test, and evaluate product concepts.
  • •Collaborate with the RD&A Manager and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions and product improvements.

Salary: USD 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in Food Science or a related technical science, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
  • •Knowledge of food chemistry, sensory, microbiology, food packaging, systems and food engineering.
  • •Understanding of food processing technology and statistical process knowledge.
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; sponsorships will not be provided for early career roles.
  • •Strong technical skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
