Key Responsibilities

•Have knowledge of VIP activations and offerings and communicate about them enthusiastically and informatively.
•Know general festival information such as show hours, stage names, major artists, and locations of key services.
•Assist with setup of the VIP area before doors open and keep the workspace clean and organized.
•Stay creative and flexible across diverse tasks to help excite Headliners about activations.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 18.47 hourly

Key Requirements

•Large-scale event experience for crowds exceeding 5,000 attendees.
•Proactive, creative thinker with strong problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet.
•Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel as needed.
•Personable and enthusiastic, able to work well in group environments.
•Comfort working in loud, busy environments and in drastic temperature climates.
