Job Summary

Serve as the product and technical expert for enterprise partners across Japan and APAC, bridging customer needs with Alpaca’s global engineering team. Own end-to-end technical sales engagements—discovery, solution validation, RFPs, security questionnaires, and demos—while supporting API integration, implementation, and onboarding. Act as the voice of Japanese customers by translating Japanese business/technical requirements for localized experiences and collaborating with compliance and operations on regional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers in Japan (e.g., SBI) throughout the partner lifecycle.
•Partner with Sales and Solutions on pre-sales technical discussions, solution design, and API consultations; present product and technical use cases.
•Guide new enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, and onboarding.
•Translate Japanese-origin business and technical requirements into clear specifications for Alpaca’s global engineering team to improve localized experiences.
•Own technical sales engagement end-to-end, including discovery calls, RFPs, security questionnaires, and demo strategy/execution; travel as needed within Japan/APAC.

•Native or business-level Japanese with excellent customer communication and Japanese business culture understanding.
•Business-level English for collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
