Design and evolve scalable reporting and analytics across business segments, turning performance data into actionable insights for executive and stakeholder decisions. Partner cross-functionally across marketing, risk, sales, implementations, customer success, product, and operations to analyze payment and lifecycle metrics.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business leaders to define KPI drivers, metrics, and reporting requirements.
•Design and develop scalable dashboards in Looker using governed data models.
•Write and optimize complex queries in BigQuery to source, transform, and validate data.
•Own the full reporting lifecycle from requirements gathering and data validation through dashboard design and deployment.
•Analyze trends and anomalies to provide actionable insights, and enable self-service and AI-driven analytics with ThoughtSpot.

Salary: USD 95,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis (ideally in SaaS, fintech, or payments).

•Advanced SQL skills to transform and analyze complex datasets.
•Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations (not just reports).
