Job Summary

Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects from concept through final implementation, coordinating stakeholders and acting as the single point of contact. Own scope control, change management, and delivery against the as-sold solution, budget, timeline, and quality criteria. Manage escalations, risks, and issues, communicate clearly with all stakeholders, and provide pre-sales support for scoping, costing, proposals, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects from original concept through final implementation, including handover to Operations.
•Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects successfully, ensuring client satisfaction and managing escalations as the single point of contact.
•Ensure delivery remains within the baselined budget and is delivered on time while maintaining quality criteria.
•Manage the delivery process with rigorous scope control and change management, including documentation of risks and issues.
•Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing project solutions, completing proposals, and supporting tender presentations as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business and/or project management (or a related field).
•Seasoned project management experience planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
•Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP (and ITIL is beneficial).
•Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients and manage customer satisfaction and escalations.
•Demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle and competency in project change management, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
