  • •Translate business requirements into technical requirements and design effective solutions aligned to customer needs and business goals.
  • •Apply ITIL principles to analyze and optimize business processes within IT service management best practices.
  • •Communicate clearly with stakeholders and present solutions confidently in meetings or training; German and English proficiency is required.
