Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure product quality meets or exceeds USDA requirements.
  • •Remove poor quality eggs properly and efficiently, including B Grade eggs.
  • •Comply with USDA regulations and quality/safety programs including GMP, SQF, HACCP, Food Defense, and biosecurity policies.
  • •Pack good product in a timely manner, ensuring no missing eggs or bad cartons/cases; replace cracked/dirty eggs.
  • •Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report mechanical problems or poor quality conditions and assist with training as needed.
