SOC Analyst

Monitor security events for the FortiCloud SOC-as-a-Service team, detecting threats and triaging alerts while filtering false positives. Support investigations with log searches, dashboards, and custom reports. Create and update detections and playbooks, and follow incident response procedures to contain and eradicate incidents with customers and forensic teams. Work follow-the-sun shifts (5 days/40 hours) in a hybrid setup in Burnaby.
