Lead and coach Cozey Ambassadors on the floor to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales against KPIs, and manage scheduling and training. Handle customer engagement, product recommendations, orders, and POS/Shopify workflows, while ensuring store opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and inventory/backstock processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Store Manager in supervising daily store operations and team performance
•Provide on-floor coaching and guidance to Cozey Ambassadors to ensure excellent customer experience and sales execution
•Support scheduling, shift coverage, and team check-ins, including ensuring product knowledge training before launches
•Engage customers with product recommendations, assist with orders, and process transactions using Shopify and POS
•Ensure opening/closing procedures, maintain store presentation, manage merchandising/inventory/backstock, and follow up on draft orders

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
•Bilingual in English and French
•Passion for exceptional customer service and driving sales
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
•Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and comfort with physical aspects of the role
