Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure customs regulatory monitoring (customs administration, BNIC, FFS, external advisors) and implement new regulations and procedures within relevant services.
  • •Manage customs authorizations and enablements (DCN, EE, EA, Certex), drive OEA certification, and track powers of attorney related to customs clearance.
  • •Control import/export customs declarations, supervise apurements (including non-compliant MMPJ cases), handle customs disputes, and ensure rigorous filing of records.
  • •Act as the expert contact for internal teams (ADV, Logistics, Accounting, IT, QSE) and external partners (customs, BNIC, freight forwarders, transporters, customs representatives).
  • •Lead updates to customs systems (GAMMA – DELTA) and serve as Key User for clearance tools (ERP, Concerto, Bewease), improving processes with IT and following corrective actions from audits.

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+4/5 in logistics with customs specialization.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in the alcohol sector and customs procedure management.
  • •Confirmed mastery of the EU Customs Code, DELTA IE declarations, and OEA certification.
  • •Hands-on experience with GAMMA/ACCESS2MARKET/RITA and customs-related tools (e.g., specific customs declaration systems).
  • •Professional English is required; demonstrate rigor, proactivity, strong organization, and relationship skills.
