Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a liaison between the R&D team and Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • •Assist in the deployment and operationalization of complex cloud security solutions and ensure components are functioning effectively.
  • •Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly, prioritizing high-impact tasks.
  • •Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • •Stay updated with trends in cloud security and provide insights to improve product features and performance.
