Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the Command Center product strategy and roadmap across usage/adoption analytics, administrative controls, and organizational governance.
  • •Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive admin experiences for large enterprise customers.
  • •Engage with enterprise customers, customer success, and sales to understand admin pain points, reporting/governance requirements, and integration needs.
  • •Establish and track key metrics for platform adoption, admin efficiency, and governance coverage to inform prioritization and measure success.
  • •Design dashboards, reporting, and controls that turn product usage data into actionable visibility for customer administrators and internal leadership.
  • •Drive alignment on trade-offs, sequencing, and scope with clear communication across executive and working-team levels.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, with significant time building B2B SaaS products for large enterprise customers.
  • •Deep familiarity with enterprise admin, analytics, and governance (usage reporting, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, access controls).
  • •Technical background or strong desire to go deep on engineering design and trade-offs.
  • •Experience working with security, compliance, and IT stakeholders to satisfy rigorous enterprise requirements.
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and articulate product vision.
  • •A track record of shipping high-quality products end-to-end in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
