Job Summary

Diagnose, adjust, and repair plant equipment in an aggregate production setting. Operate off-road heavy-duty trucks (including water and quarry/stock trucks) and other equipment, then inspect, test, and repair machines to meet manufacturer specifications. Dismantle and reassemble heavy plant components, perform routine maintenance (oil, filters, lubrication, oil samples), and examine parts for wear using measuring tools—while strictly following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose, adjust, and repair plant equipment in an aggregate production facility.
•Operate one or more types of off-road heavy-duty equipment and inspect machines to diagnose defects.
•Dismantle and reassemble heavy plant components using hoists and hand tools.
•Load and move dirt, rocks, and materials using trucks and related equipment.
•Perform maintenance (oil, filters, oil samples, lubricating equipment) and adhere to Environmental, Health & Safety procedures.

Salary: USD 23.5 - 26.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•Maintain a current valid driver’s license.
•High regard for safety standards.
•Drive heavy trucks (40, 50, or 60 ton) and meet physical demands including climbing ladders and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
•Operate and maintain aggregate facility equipment while following Environmental, Health & Safety procedures.
