Job Summary

Support the Group Transformation Office to drive visibility, governance, and execution across Reckitt’s enterprise transformation portfolio. You’ll manage portfolio reporting and governance, maintain dashboards and data in the portfolio management platform, and track programme status, risks, and dependencies. Partner with programme teams and senior leaders to produce executive insights and presentations, support delivery planning and milestone tracking, and help manage benefits realisation and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Support management of the Group Transformation portfolio with accurate, timely reporting across initiatives.
•Coordinate governance processes (portfolio reviews, steering committees, executive updates) and maintain portfolio data and dashboards.
•Track programme status, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions across transformation initiatives.
•Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and reports; consolidate updates and translate them into concise leadership insights.
•Assist programme and workstream leads with planning, milestone tracking, delivery monitoring, and benefits realisation frameworks.

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of experience in Transformation, PMO, Consulting, Strategy Execution, Project Management, or Business Operations.

•Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, plus strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
•Exposure to portfolio management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Planisware, Jira, or Power BI (or similar).
