Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Supply Chain operations in the country to maximize product availability and optimize inventory levels across the network.
  • •Manage replenishment strategy and frequency to ensure optimal fulfillment for all our stores and e-com platform.
  • •Continuously improve last mile solutions that bring additional efficiency and convenience to stores operation and on-line customers.
  • •Supervise local warehouses operation, driving a collaborative mindset with local 3PL to increase efficiency, enhance quality standards and reduce cost.
  • •Work closely with local retail team to sense changes in product demand and to adjust the outlook accordingly.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' experience managing Supply Chain operations
  • •Middle East and KSA experience preferred
  • •Retail, Cosmetics, Pharma or FMCG experience preferred
  • •Extensive Logistics, 3PL Management and Demand & Supply Planning expertise
  • •Strong planning systems / ERP (SAP and RELEX considered a plus)
