Key Responsibilities

  • •Set, build, and enforce quality benchmarks for payments acceptance, embedding automated guardrails into pipelines for end-to-end validation without slowing feature teams.
  • •Architect and execute high-concurrency load, stress, and latency testing to ensure peak-period reliability and transaction integrity.
  • •Integrate AI-assisted tools and agentic workflows into test creation, synthetic data generation, and automated edge-case analysis; build high performance emulators for external systems.
  • •Implement robust telemetry and telemetry-driven test environments using Prometheus and Grafana to monitor under load and drive proactive incident prevention.
  • •Partner with feature teams to create “Golden Paths” for automated testing and mentor others on quality engineering best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software engineering focused on quality engineering, test automation framework design, and performance testing for distributed, high-throughput systems.
  • •Hands-on experience building automated test suites in Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript, including REST API testing and microservices validation.
  • •Proven experience designing and running performance, stress, and load tests at scale using tools such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or k6.
  • •Experience embedding quality gates into modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitOps) using containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) on public clouds (AWS).
