Job Summary

Drive AI adoption across Glovo’s business functions by owning measurable outcomes, building playbooks and governance frameworks, and partnering closely with Data and Engineering counterparts. You’ll shape AI strategy with the Strategy team, prioritize an AI use-case backlog, and activate a network of AI Champions to scale impact beyond your direct reach. You also co-own upskilling programs and OKRs, ensuring successful use cases become instantly available across functions.

•Own AI adoption outcomes across your function cluster, focusing on real usage and business impact.
•Be the first responder for AI opportunities in functions: build quickly when simple, spec/route when complex, and coach champions for long-term ownership.
•Map, prioritize, and drive the AI use-case backlog with sponsors and champions using your own point of view.
•Co-own AI upskilling and help activate, coach, and sustain a network of AI Champions to scale adoption.
•Shape company-wide AI governance and programs (e.g., ROI evaluation framework, tooling governance model, use-case library, or training curriculum).

Key Requirements

•Daily hands-on fluency with AI tools, with prompt-level proficiency and the ability to get non-technical people to useful results.
•Experience with workflow automation and/or no-code/low-code tools, and the ability to build and ship functional automations independently.
