Operations Processing Senior Rep.

Review and process basic customer transactions while investigating and resolving data or account discrepancies. Maintain and update customer account information, document actions taken to resolve issues, and escalate problems to a supervisor when needed. Act as a liaison between clients, end customers, and stakeholders, ensuring efficient and courteous service. Apply in-depth knowledge of systems and operations and follow policies and procedures related to billing, privacy, confidentiality, and record retention.
