Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide hands-on technical support, training, and mentoring on Keystone’s AI capability directly or through a team’s AI Champion.
  • •Develop and scale the technical capability of AI Champions to multiply enablement across teams.
  • •Act as an early adopter by owning and dogfooding real internal systems (starting with the OEM TTV Dashboard) for Keystone’s experimental solutions.
  • •Surface what works and what doesn’t from real engagements, and escalate unresolved technical friction to the enablement workstream.
  • •Stay active in relevant AI communities of practice and contribute technical content, demos, or talks as capacity allows.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluency in AI-assisted and agentic software development.
  • •Hands-on engineering background with credibility pairing and mentoring other engineers on real technical problems.
  • •Comfort mastering new, evolving AI capabilities early, often ahead of formal documentation or a fixed playbook.
  • •Ability to have a strong positive impact on others’ growth through pairing, mentoring, coaching, or developer advocacy.
  • •Based in, or willing to work from, Oulu, Finland or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
