Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and document Salesforce solutions using a declarative-first approach, escalating to custom development where configuration reaches its limits.
•Write clean, testable Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and API integrations — with attention to quality, performance, and security.
•Participate in code reviews and help establish and maintain development standards for the team.
•Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems, including marketing automation platforms and external APIs.
•Contribute to Commerce's Salesforce roadmap by surfacing technical options, tradeoffs, and implementation paths to architects and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
•Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required; Administrator certification a plus.
•Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
•Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; data models, automation, and best practices.
•Git-based source control, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD-enabled development environment; eager to learn
