Director, Development Production - Netflix Animation Studios

Lead operational and financial strategy for Netflix Animation Studios’ early-stage slate of 15+ simultaneous animated feature projects. Own slate formation with production and creative leadership, support milestones and problem solving, and ensure projects are budgeted, resourced, and on track for greenlight and full production. Manage and mentor the Development Production team, oversee workflows, reporting, staffing projections, and integration of the end-to-end studio model. Own coordination with finance, production accounting, and studio technology.
