Key Responsibilities

  • •Support business owners with IT governance activities including risk management, relevant internal/external regulations, control assurance, and rollout of evolving laws and statutes (e.g., DORA).
  • •Identify, assess, monitor, and report information risks relevant to IT controls to the CIO, COO, and group functions.
  • •Facilitate compliance activities from internal and external assessors.
  • •Communicate auditor findings, remediations, and advisories to enable understanding among compliance stakeholders.
  • •Maintain expertise in Allianz functional rules, regulations, standards, and policies, including their basis such as COBIT as adopted by Allianz.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • •7–12 years’ experience in a related IT domain, including at least 5 years of project and resource management experience.
  • •Solid quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • •Understanding of the COBIT framework.
  • •Relevant certifications in risk, CISA, or equivalent training, with experience writing policies, standards, and guidance documents.
