Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct flavor sample creation to support internal and external customer requests based on project needs.
  • •Manage raw materials (RMs) and products stock analysis to meet SLA targets with stakeholders.
  • •Perform and evaluate sensory analysis with the team using available datasets.
  • •Provide final process and product recommendations based on evaluation results.
  • •Lead and support the RDA Taste Team in Karawang and maintain EHS compliance across related activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or above in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar field.
  • •Minimum 2 years experience in flavor processing including encapsulation, emulsion, liquid & dry blending, and reaction processes.
  • •Basic understanding of sensory and analysis evaluation methods.
  • •Ability to operate Microsoft Office and SAP ERP system.
  • •Knowledge of continuous improvement; Green-belt Six Sigma is a plus.
