Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform strategic business intelligence across pricing analysis, market and expansion research, and competitive landscaping.
  • •Investigate the “why” behind business performance using company data, dashboards, call recordings, and team conversations.
  • •Develop actionable recommendations leadership can use across collections, compliance, resourcing, and commercial decisions.
  • •Produce board, investor, and client decks, reports, and analyses.
  • •Support cross-client performance comparisons and experiment design and measurement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
  • •Fluent with modern analytics/AI tooling, working from BI dashboards (e.g., Tableau) and using AI tools to accelerate analysis.
  • •Structured problem-solving using sound business frameworks.
  • •Strong qualitative research skills including call reviews, stakeholder, and customer interviews.
  • •Create board- and client-ready decks/reports and present confidently to executives.
