Job Summary

Act as a key technical enabler for a China-based team, evolving CDMS-related services and driving technology decisions to improve the customer journey. Key Responsibilities

•Act as the key technical enabler for the China-based team to manage and evolve CDMS-related services.
•Drive technology decisions to improve customer journey and overall user experience.
•Clarify business/functional requirements and produce detailed technical designs for development teams.
•Lead architecture and solution design using Java/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud best practices, including code reviews and engineering quality gates.
•Manage production support and service management, resolve incidents/problems within SLAs, and partner with DevOps to improve CI/CD, release reliability, and observability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•10+ years of hands-on software engineering, with a strong track record as a Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead.
•Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring, J2EE, and SQL, including object-oriented analysis/design fundamentals.
•Deep hands-on experience with Spring Boot and knowledge of Spring Cloud and microservices architecture.
•Experience designing RESTful APIs; hands-on work with relational databases and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis), plus event-driven architecture (Kafka) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
