Assembler

Assemble pumps and valves for the hygienic fluid handling department at Alfa Laval’s new Indianapolis manufacturing facility. You’ll execute production using Standard Operating Procedures and blueprints, perform process setups and quality checks, and report deviations through Status Board meetings. The role includes lifting up to 60 pounds, following safety documentation and PPE requirements, supporting 5S routines, and driving KAIZEN improvements and cross-training across manufacturing processes.
