•Own end-to-end reliability by debugging production issues with runtime diagnostics and observability tools, and by improving infrastructure to reduce incident response time
•Drive product innovation through collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams to identify gaps and influence roadmaps
•Write clear documentation (public/internal) and participate in on-call rotation to maintain service health
•Collaborate on designing integration solutions to help users harness ClickHouse performance and throughput
