Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate, clean, and structure data from Salesforce, the Bynder platform, and other sources for accuracy and consistency.
  • •Support ad hoc analyses requested by Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to surface customer, usage, and commercial trends.
  • •Help understand and drive customer health by identifying usage patterns and signals of risk or opportunity.
  • •Maintain and improve core dashboards for reliable, on-demand access to insights for stakeholders.
  • •Help maintain documented core metric definitions and flag data quality issues with suggested improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Be enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the internship duration.
