Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests promptly and courteously, control guest flow, and seat guests while estimating and quoting accurate wait times.
  • •Collect guest details as needed, place menus, answer questions about the menu, music hall, and artists, and thank guests while inviting return visits.
  • •Manage foundation access and reservations by handling access lists, guest lists for special events, concert tickets, signature sheets, and wrist bands/passes.
  • •Communicate with door host, kitchen, and Foundation Room Managers to ensure proper flow and that parties are seated.
  • •Keep the host area clean and organized, maintain host-area safety/sanitation standards, and support opening/closing and shift mechanics.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification (or equivalent).
  • •Working knowledge of restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, and problem solving.
  • •Ability to seat guests in a high-volume restaurant at an efficient pace while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • •Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, and strong verbal and interpersonal communication.
