Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide mission support and short-, mid-, and long-term planning to optimize organizational structure and processes toward mission objectives.
  • •Ensure contract documentation is delivered on time and support document reviews and approvals.
  • •Manage contract financials including cost, schedule, technical performance, cost control, billing, and quality execution for install projects; assist with purchasing/procurement.
  • •Supervise personnel, manage resourcing and personnel allocation, support recruitment/retention, and facilitate weekly production meetings and quarterly progress reviews.
  • •Ensure compliance with PWS and QMS, oversee safe/secure use of government furnished equipment/materials (including HAZMAT and IT assets), identify issues/risks, and mentor junior project/program managers.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •US Citizen able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
  • •10 years’ experience in project management, including 5 years in federal contracting.
  • •Demonstrated financial management experience across cost, schedule, technical performance, and timely billing for install projects.
  • •Knowledge of government contract types including Cost Plus (CP), Time & Material (T&M), and Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
  • •Experience with shipyards and leading teams in shipboard installations, construction, or electronics installation projects, including interpreting construction/electrical drawings and applying QA/QC procedures.
