Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning activities across the Poly portfolio, connecting demand, supply, and execution to deliver business outcomes.
  • •Stabilize and optimize end-to-end planning, ensuring demand/supply matching and execution alignment across regions.
  • •Improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and issue resolution while driving improved business performance across key metrics.
  • •Reduce conversion and backlog issues and improve customer experience (ship dates, OTIF, lead time reliability).
