Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day office operations, including facility, furniture and equipment maintenance services, office supplies, corporate cards, contracts, and reception support as required.
  • •Perform bi-weekly GEMBA walks to identify and implement workplace improvement opportunities for safety, security, and compliance.
  • •Manage purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and related processes in a compliant and efficient manner.
  • •Lead operational excellence and Kaizen initiatives for China, optimizing processes, costs, and workplace operations.
  • •Track, maintain, analyze, and report cost performance against budget; maintain workplace SOPs and provide support for other sites as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • •Intermediate computer skills, including office productivity tools and common business systems.
  • •Experience in business operations or a related function within a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • •Methodical and detail-oriented with a strong focus on completing tasks to a high standard.
