CNC Programmer (3rd Shift)

Create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for complex components, translating engineering models and drawings into efficient machining processes. Use CAM software to select tools, design fixtures/workholding, and generate toolpaths for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support new product launches, improve processes, reduce cycle time and scrap, and assist with quality root-cause investigations. Provide mentorship to CNC operators and programmers.
