Job Summary

Lead commercial modelling for large, complex domestic and international client opportunities, ensuring profitability, risk awareness/mitigation, and client needs are met through differentiated commercial propositions. Translate client financial requirements into viable offerings, create contract P&L and cashflow forecasts, and support pricing teams with templates and methodology improvements. Drive governance via internal commercial reviews, partner with legal and procurement on terms, and act as a trusted advisor across cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Take commercial lead on large, complex client opportunities to maximize profits, understand/mitigate risks, and exceed client needs.
•Bring commercial innovation and modelling expertise to differentiate offerings, including evaluating pricing and commercial models.
•Translate client financial requirements into achievable, commercially viable offerings and create contract P&L and cashflow forecasts.
•Partner with legal to ensure commercial and legal terms are identified, mitigated, and supported with appropriate contingency; guide pricing templates completion.
•Lead governance through commercial reviews and ensure commercial authorizations are documented; provide advice/support on ad-hoc commercial matters.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of commercial management/architecture experience in a multinational IT organization.
•Extensive experience in complex commercial modelling and financial understanding.
•Executive level client-facing experience.
•Experience building Managed Services commercial models and P&Ls.
•Finance-based university degree (or higher) with excellent German and English; advanced Excel skills.
