Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Responsible Supply Chain Manager in daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
  • •Collect and improve supplier data for risk assessments, including Conflict Minerals data collection and analysis.
  • •Contribute to projects to ensure compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) and the EU Forced Labor Regulation (EUFLR).
  • •Monitor supplier adherence to the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct.
  • •Conduct research on material risks (e.g., gold, cobalt) and human rights topics, including forced labor, and analyze country-specific risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a master’s degree in supply chain, law, economics, politics, or social sciences with a focus on responsible business conduct, human rights, corporate sustainability and/or ESG.
  • •Knowledge of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and OECD Guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Collaborative, analytical, and proactive with strong communication skills to summarize complex topics.
  • •Enrolled at an educational institute for the entire internship and located in the Netherlands for the duration (with willingness to relocate if currently outside).
