•Handle day-to-day preparation of E-invoices and E-waybills for domestic and export activities.
•Prepare shipping documents with zero error for domestic/export shipments and manage delivery challans for multi-vehicle and special shipments.
•Coordinate with freight forwarders and the chamber of commerce for logistics certificates (e.g., COO/AIFTA) in a timely manner.
•Negotiate and finalize freight rates, support cost saving for full truck load and export shipments, and develop new logistics vendors.
•Coordinate shipment planning and vehicle placement on time as per Incoterms, and submit logistics bills and LC-related documents to finance for timely vendor payments.
