Job Summary

Strategic leadership role building and scaling Anthropic’s ANZ consulting partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand. Own the partnerships roadmap, investment priorities, development plans, and revenue accountability for a portfolio driving enterprise growth. This is a builder role (not a manager) focused on zero-to-scaled partnerships, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven performance outcomes.

Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Partnership development and execution with structured sales-like pursuit, stakeholder mapping, and account plans
•Guide partners in creating repeatable customer solutions addressing use cases across industries
•Own and drive KPIs: partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, consultants trained and certified, joint proposals
•Establish success metrics with partners and drive regular business reviews; provide data-driven insights
•Ensure each deal is architected for customer success and long-term value expansion with feedback loops for continuous improvement

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships, ideally within cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses
•Deep existing relationships at VP+ level within target partners
•Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes and KPI attainment; track record of driving incremental revenues through partnerships in ANZ
•History of delivering exceptional customer success and brand protection through partner channels
•Collaborative approach with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, product, marketing, and regional teams
