Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate and shape business opportunities for the Maritime Division, identifying where next programs and markets will form and building engagement strategies to win.
  • •Own the growth strategy by building a data-driven plan to shape, capture, and close emerging opportunities in new or existing markets.
  • •Stand up new programs from scratch by shaping requirements, coordinating with Government Relations, Marketing, and Engineering to bring concepts to life.
  • •Expand into adjacent demand by leveraging existing client relationships to create new program starts.
  • •Define and communicate the market narrative, frame problems and requirements to educate customers and create demand where none exists.

Key Requirements

  • •The ideal candidate will be a proven development and growth leader with prior experience in commercial or DoD Capture and Sales, demonstrating a track record of shaping a capability from concept through funded prototyping or program of record start, particularly with an emphasis on the US Navy as a customer.
