Own the stability, support, and optimization of Brown-Forman’s global SAP FICO finance and controlling application landscape. Serve as a primary analyst for functional incidents and service requests, ensuring high availability of core modules like Product Costing, Treasury, and CO-PA. Support finance teams with how-to guidance, handle service request execution and minor configurations, and help drive root-cause analysis, regression testing, and hypercare transitions for upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate and resolve high-priority functional incidents in SAP FICO and integrated systems (Coupa, Concur, OneSource) to minimize business disruption.
•Manage standard service requests, including minor configuration changes, master data assistance, and how-to guidance for the global finance community.
•Ensure stability and performance of critical financial closing processes, including Material Ledger runs, cost allocations, and financial reporting cycles.
•Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent functional fixes to reduce ticket volume and technical debt.
•Maintain regression testing documentation and partner during hypercare periods to transition new functionality into the long-term support model.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
•3+ years of professional experience in SAP, with a focus on Finance.
•Understanding of SAP FI/CO modules, including core processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Cost Center Accounting.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (incidents vs. requests) in a fast-paced production environment.
•Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident and Request Management).
